Back again for another year.

Same format, location, time and fees as last year.

Location: Tahoe and Buckhorn loop, near Eglington and Eastgate.
Parking: In front of the small businesses on the west side of Eastgate. No-one is allowed to park in the TD Bank or RIM parking lot. Do not park there!
Time: Reg up by 6:15, race start at 6:45. Until we have the roads closed, standard road rules apply.
Fees: $10/$5 for U23, Midweek members $0, Midweek LTR attendees $5

A few important details:

As some insurance rules have changed this year, one day licences will not be available. You must be a member of the OCA through either a UCI license or a Citizen Permit. We will have OCA Citizen Permits available for purchase (OCA standard fees apply). This is an OCA Sanctioned Event, and as such, you MUST bring your licence EVERY time to sign-on. A race number will be assigned to you on your first visit and will be yours for the season. You must bring it each week or you will have to buy a replacement number for $10. No one will be allowed to race without a number

Starting this year, the early race will be supervised. Mixed among the pack will be experienced racers who will be observing and reporting on the actions of the riders within (they will be identified before the start each Tuesday) We want to make this race enjoyable and safe for everyone involved so if they see any improper actions, we will be able to discuss it with the riders afterwards. Also, if any rider in the early race presents to be an imminent danger to themselves or others, our lookouts are authorized to have them removed if their riding is judged to be unsafe. Such riders will be invited to improve their skills by attending the Monday night program. The safety of all riders is very important to us.

"Season Passes" (meaning Midweek club membership) are available. Buy this and enjoy all the Tuesday Crits and Tuesday cyclocross at no additional charge. You also get all the benefits that Midweek offers (discount at The Bike Zone, group rides Wednesday and Saturday, and all club events).
You can purchase the membership from our website using paypal. We will update our membership lists everyday by 3 PM, so if you are on the list, you need not pay to race.
